In order to provide both a developmental environment for newer players as well as a competitive environment for more seasoned players, TLL strives to offer a variety of Divisions for our Spring and Fall seasons. Please read below for details
Tee Ball Divisions: We offer 2 Tee Ball Divisions
- Tee Ball for players aged 4-5yo players. This is an entry level division to learn basic skills. One game per week with a short practice before.
- A modified Tee Ball Division called Rookie Ball for players aged 5-6yo with at least 1 year experience. This has some coach pitching, but also utilizes the tee. One game per week and one full practice per week.
Baseball Divisions:
TLL offers Coach Pitch (7-8yo), Minors (9-10yo), Majors (11-12yo), Intermediate (11-13yo), and Junior (13-14yo; dependent on interest) divisions for Baseball.
Intermediate Baseball: Intermediate Baseball at TLL is for players aged 11-13yo who desire a more competitive environment. This allows lead offs, pickoffs, and traditional stealing. A number of the games will be played against other Little League teams throughout the region, which will require weekday travel for 7:30pm games. Participation in Intermediate is a skills-based evaluation, which means players must be drafted into the Intermediate division based on evaluations and skill level. Players will have the option to note that they would like to be evaluated for joining the Intermediate Division when they register.
NOTE that TLL does not have fields sized for Juniors Baseball. If TLL is able to field one or more Juniors Baseball teams, they will be able to practice at TLL facilities but will have to travel throughout the region for all their games.
Softball Divisions:
TLL offers Coach Pitch (7-8yo), Minors (9-10yo), Majors (11-12yo), and Junior (13-14yo; pending interest) divisions for Softball.
Also, due to school ball limitations in the Spring, Juniors Softball (if offered) has a delayed start until late Spring or early Summer.
